WIndows Vista CAN install Microsoft Applocale!!

Steps:

1)Put apploc.msi to C:/
2)Start>type "cmd"

3)on command prompt screen, type "c:\apploc.msi" (Without "")

4) Good Luck!!

*Remember, Close User Account Control First!!
